Thank you for shopping with Snapkeeps! Each of our products are carefully custom-made using your uploaded images (or pre-selected graphics offered on our site). Because of this, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality or accuracy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the personalized nature of our photo magnets, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Customer-submitted errors (e.g., low-resolution images, typos)
- Incorrect file uploads
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re happy to provide a replacement or refund.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (including product and packaging)
We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days to work quickly to resolve the issue. We want to make sure you are happy with your order.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. If you'd like to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. After 4 hours, we may have already started processing your custom item and cannot guarantee a cancellation.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your order:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors.
- Contact your shipping carrier to file a claim if needed.
While we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery, we understand how frustrating this can be. In some cases, we may be able to offer a courtesy solution to help make things right.
